Development and Implementation of Sales Strategies, Sales Planning for the Assigned Region / Defined Area of Responsibility
Identification and acquisition of new partners (hunter approach) within the defined region/task in line with the company's strategy
Direct and operational support of defined (key) dealers, customers, and schools, ensuring a conflict-free channel model
Account and revenue responsibility (sales and margin) for the assigned region or area of responsibility
Planning and monitoring of sales and marketing budgets of dealers, market observation, and joint development of sales promotion programs
Product consulting for the "Audi e-tron foil", creating enthusiasm through personal presence and product presentation
Development and coordination of the dealer team, including ensuring and monitoring required certifications
Regular dealer meetings regarding objectives and performance, implementation of jointly planned activities, and for product placement programs / organization of import and dealer meetings
Negotiation, conclusion, and extension of partner contracts based on the company’s partner program
Introduction of new products
Close collaboration with the development and marketing teams
Reporting to the management team and establishment of a suitable analysis structure
